1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using KaraFx at karafx.exchange, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Eligibility

You may use KaraFx only if:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency trading is prohibited
• You are not on any sanctions list
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these terms

3. Non-Custodial Service

KaraFx is a non-custodial platform. This means:

• We provide an interface to interact with decentralized protocols
• We never hold, control, or have custody of your funds
• All transactions are executed on public blockchains via smart contracts
• We cannot reverse or cancel any blockchain transactions
• You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys

4. Fees

KaraFx charges a platform fee of 0.25% on each swap transaction. This fee is in addition to:

• Blockchain network gas fees (paid to miners/validators)
• Liquidity provider fees charged by underlying DEX protocols
• Any fees charged by third-party services such as MoonPay

5. Risks

You acknowledge and accept the following risks:

• Market risk: Cryptocurrency prices are highly volatile and can change rapidly
• Smart contract risk: Bugs or vulnerabilities in smart contracts could result in loss of funds
• Liquidity risk: Insufficient liquidity may result in high slippage or failed transactions
• Regulatory risk: Cryptocurrency regulations may change in your jurisdiction
• Technical risk: Blockchain network congestion or failures may affect transactions
• Wallet risk: Loss of private keys results in permanent loss of funds

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use KaraFx for:

• Money laundering or terrorist financing
• Any illegal activities under applicable law
• Market manipulation or wash trading
• Circumventing sanctions or export controls
• Any activity that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

KaraFx is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or that transactions will always execute successfully.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KaraFx and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of profits, or loss of data.

9. Third Party Services

KaraFx integrates with third-party services including MoonPay, Uniswap, and Alchemy. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. KaraFx is not responsible for the actions or failures of third-party services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of KaraFx after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
